Hello,
During the last weekend of July we dog sat our grand-doggie Nibbles while my son went to visit my sister in North Carolina. I think my sister will have to start taking reservations for her new place near the beach. These are some shots from our backyard and some of Nibbles, the trumpet vine blooms and a sunflower sky shot.
Our trumpet vine or what I call the monster cousin-it bloomed like crazy this year. The hummers love these blooms.
I hope you enjoyed your visit and my post. I appreciate your nice comments. Enjoy your day and the weekend ahead!
Here is a list of linky parties for part of the week, I hope to see you there. I have a few fence and my deck railing for Tex's Party and some pretty sky shots.
Thanks to Theresa @ The Run*A*Round Ranch for hosting Good Fences.
Thank you to Sylvia, Yogi and Sandy for hosting Skywatch Friday.

ReplyDeleteHandsome Nibbles, hello!!! Adore the sunflower - who wouldn't? The trumpet vine is a favourite of mine - had one in my Sydney garden and it was very prolific - we didn't have humming birds there, but the honey bees sure loved it. YAM xx
Love Nibbles! He looks very energetic and lots of fun!
ReplyDeleteThe flowers are sweet growing for the hummingbirds and your sunflower shot against the sky is a beauty!

ReplyDeleteHello Eileen!:) That's a neat well made fence you have, and Nibbles seems to be looking for something to nibble on... perhaps! I love the trumpet vine, we have them back and front garden and enjoy their bright colour and large flowers. Beautiful pictures of the Sunflower against a lovely blue sky.
ReplyDeleteSunflower time is a wonderful time.
ReplyDeleteWe have three or four sunflowerplantsbeside our house...no sunflowers yet. It might be too late in the year for them to flower. The plants keep growing, though. They might end up being taller than our house!
ReplyDeleteFlower looks beautiful.
ReplyDeleteNibbles is a handsome dog and I adore your Sunflowers shots Eileen
ReplyDeleteMy goodness....but, that sunflower is huge!
ReplyDeleteCute grand-doggie, Nibbles.
