Happy Thursday, I wish everyone a happy day!
I am sharing some photos from our visit to Delaware & Maryland shores. Ocean City and I have some photos from Assateague Island National Seashore, Maryland. We made a few visits to the park during our trip to the beach.
The first photo is the sunset from Ocean City Maryland inlet.
Not sure if these are Ring-billed Gulls, Ocean City, Md?

This may be a flock of Snow Buntings, we never did see them on the ground or close up. We just watched their flight pattern.

My Saturday's critter post has more of my wild pony photos.

ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos and view! It's very nice to see beaches and not snow.
I wish you a wonderful day!
It’s really great that you were there at a time when it was so secluded. A crowded beach would have made the experience quite different.

Wonderful scenery and gorgeous sunset! Love the photo with the gulls!
I’m sure you enjoyed your walk and trip!

Hi Eileen, Thank you so much for sharing these excellent photos! The very first one, sunset from Ocean City Maryland inlet, should win an award. My second favorite, from Assateague Island National Seashore, is the one right under "Make peace of mind your priority." I love a setting like that with the bench just waiting for one to sit down and enjoy the tranquility of the view. A perfect caption for that photo!Have a happy day and take care! John

I remember my Dad going down to the pony auction on Chincoteague. It was a benefit auction for the local fire department.
ReplyDeleteWhile HE never bid on a horse, a friend did and I got to ride her once she was saddle broke. She was a fuzzy, fuzzy girl in the winter.
nice day at the beach
ReplyDeleteThat first shot is stunning!
ReplyDeleteWonderful shots again, specially the sunset was lovely.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful place to spend some time. Beautiful photos of the area.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shots Eileen!
ReplyDeleteHi Eileen. Wonderful captures. I love the dunes and fences, the gulls too. They all bring back momories of good old times, spent on Holiday at my aunts house in OC. Her illness made it impossible for her to live there all alone, so she has moved up to PA to get closer to her sons. "The Dune House" might get new owners soon, but OC is still there waiting for me :)
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend ahead!
Oh so beautiful! Each photo a delight!

Wonderful photos Eileen. I especially like the last one - where you can see miles of unspoiled beach. Our beaches down here are crowded and dirty. No fun!
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful and peaceful! Wonderful photos Eileen!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful beach scenes.
ReplyDeleteI will share pictures from our visit to Assateague Island National Seashore soon. It was our first time there over the Easter weekend. The beach there is beautiful. I look forward to returning there someday. Great picture from Ocean City and the Seashore.
