This is a link to my You tube video of my backyard bird sounds and the Hummer. If you turn the sound up loud you can hear the Great Blue herons juvies in their nest. The juvies get loud when the adult flies back to them with food.
These are some shots I took of the Bluebird taking a berry to feed its young in the nest and a couple shots of the Ruby Throated Hummingbirds. The flowers are on my deck and the hummingbirds and the butterflies seem to love my blooms. I have some petunias and lantana in these photos.

I did enjoy all of your bird and butterfly pictures. I liked most the bluebird with the big red berry in its mouth.
I don't know where our hummers went. I was talking with my next-door neighbor yesterday. They have fed the hummers for years. This is our first year feeding them. My neighbor said the hummers arrived in early May but haven't been coming to her feeders lately either. She says it is too early for them to leave. It's a mystery.
Your shots are just amazing! I love the butterfly in your header, but have to say that the bluebird with the red berry is my favorite.

Babies of all species squawk when hungry - the bluebird parent is bringing a tasty if huge meal for the famished child. Nicely captured!
The hummingbird slows down to land and sits nearly still when its feet grab onto the tray. Outstanding shots, a lovely yard that begs for, and receives many beautiful critters!
I love that big berry in the beak, too! And it's always amazing to capture a hummingbird! Beautiful mosaic, my friend! ♥
