Linking up with Skywatch Friday and Good Fences
I am sharing another hodge-podge of photos from the past week..Some shots for Tex's Good Fences and a few Skywatch shots.. And of course some birds are thrown in, just because I love them.
My favorite backyard bird..the Eastern Bluebird..they can also be seen all along our back country roads.
Here is a baby Tufted Titmouse in my Weeping Cherry tree. The momma or poppa was just above and you can see the fledgling is begging for food.
Hubby and I were happy to see this rainbow on our way to our favorite ice-cream place in New Freedom, Pa..It is just a short ride on the back country roads..
I thought the photos and scenes were perfect for both Tex's Good Fences meme and for my Skywatch Friday post..
The moon on July 4th, I took this shot while we were watching the fireworks display.
I had to share some more shots of the fireworks.. July 4th fireworks viewed from Jacobus, Pa.. You can see the moon to the right of the fireworks.

Hope you didn't get wet as you ate that ice cream Eileen. The sky looks a bit angry. The titmouse is a real cutesy, young birds are so sweet for a while. Great firework pictures too, feels like I'm right there with the display.

I came close to purchasing the camera the other day. We paid for part of a trip we are taking in the fall so I decided to do that first. In my plan for before October though!

That Bluebird is beautiful and that is an awesome shot of the moon. :-)
We never see bluebirds here, but my mom used to tell me they used to be quite common where she grew up in Hamilton, Ontario. Love that sweet little titmouse! He's so cute with his downy fluff and crazy topknot on his head. Enjoy your weekend! Wendy x
