My sunrise shots from Nov 9th, 2016. I love the beautiful colors and reflections. These were taken during our walk to our gym at the clubhouse.

I am grateful and thankful for all the time I spend with nature.
I am thankful for the trees that give our environment life. They help to clean the air we breathe.
I am thankful for the birds that sing.
Neighborhood Great Blue heron with a Black-bellied Whistling Duck.
Egrets flying over our local lake.
Red-shouldered Hawk tree topper.
A few more neighborhood distant Black-bellied Whistling Ducks.

Certainly a gorgeous time of year to be in Florida... I know that you LOVE it there...
We had some snow and almost ZERO degree temps here a few days ago... Today ---we have drizzle and it got up to almost 65 degrees... Gads---how crazy!!!! Want some company????? ha ha

I am usually so busy here "below" that I rarely look up to see the awesome beauty you have captured. Only when I'm driving a long highway distance does the splendor of the cloud filled sky get my attention. What a thing to miss out on every day!

life is pretty wonderful eileen - the skies are just beautiful!!!
Great photos! Such gorgeous sky shots. Hope you have a wonderful week. We are still snowed in here and likely will be for another several days, or even a week. I'll be so glad when we can get out of our road. It's a gravel road, with twists and dips and rises and they don't maintain it. That's why we are so stuck...if we had our 4-wheel drive jeep here, and snow tires would help, but we got stranded before we had a chance to get the snow tires. Still, without 4-wheel drive it would be impossible. We have to be better prepared before next winter! :-)

Hi Eileen, I've never posted to "Thankful Thursday" but love the idea and happened to see your name and just had to comment on those superb sunrise shots and of course, I love your birds. But, most of all, I appreciate people who appreciate the beauty around them. The more I look, the more I notice, and a lot of that has stemmed from getting into photography. I wonder if it has been a bit the same for you. Have a wonderful week. See you next Saturday.
