I am linking up with Skywatch Friday
I really liked the colors in the sky and on the sand in this photo below.

In the distance we watched a couple being married on the beach during the sunrise. What a great place for a wedding. On my previous post my video shows some of the bride at the very end of the video.
The clouds were turning pretty colors.
We watched groups of Pelicans flying by. I assume they were all migrating south.
We watched the Willets take off from the shore. It seemed odd that on two mornings the Willets left the beach as soon as the sun had risen.
A large flock of Willets.

Hi Eileen, I love how the Pelicans fly in formation and seem to just skim over the surface of the ocean. Outstanding picture of the vivid orange sky with the birds! Have an excellent day today and a special day tomorrow!

ReplyDeleteA great series of photos. I love the flock of pelicans and the sunrise wedding. I'm afraid that if my wife and I had tried to get married at sunrise we'd of had to wait a while for her to show up. It would have been worth it though.
ReplyDeletewow I love the last two pictures! Thank you Eileen!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful beach, and excellent shots.

My SWF
What spectacularly beautiful shots!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful ! sunsets and sunrises look so similar, except that for a sunrise you have to get up early, lol !
ReplyDeleteAwsome photos, especially the last one! Where I live I can only see a sunrise in winter. In summer the view is blocked by houses.

Hello Eileen,
ReplyDeleteAppreciate so much your Visit. SWF is truly a wonderful way to meet Folk and thoroughly interesting Blogs.
I browsed while my computer loaded your beautiful Blog... anything I write now would only be a token gesture... I would rather return when I can give more time.
One response is the beautiful scene you have of the Wedding in the distance... I do hope they have at least one photo as dramatically and stunningly beautiful.
Until I return, thank you so much, what I have seen is beautiful and the snippets I've read, so very interesting.
