Winter Wonderland

Happy Monday!
Can you believe we are only a week away from Christmas day? I hope everyone is enjoying the Christmas season.
We had our first snow on Saturday December 9th. I  was able to enjoy the snow and my backyard birds from my dining room window. It was a winter wonderland.

A cute Tufted Titmouse

Snow covered pine trees in our yard.

A Dark-eyed Junco really is a snow bird.

My deck and a view of the back yard. A snowy winter wonderland.

As always I thank you for stopping by and as always I appreciate your comments.

  46. You certainly had a lot of snow Eileen. There's enough there for the whole of our winter unless we are very unlucky. I'm pleased you managed to get so many photos in what I would call a snowdrift. Perhaps not to you who is more accustomed to the white stuff.

  53. Beautiful photos, Eileen! I particularly like the Tufted Titmouse...it is as cute as its name.
And your yard all dressed in snow...spectacular. I'm up ahead of my husband this morning, and found 4 or 5 inches of snow when I let the dog out, so I suspect we'll have a Winter Wonderland ourselves once the sun comes up.
