Bushkill Falls

Happy Thursday,

At the end of June, hubby and I visited East Stroudsburg Pennsylvania and the Delaware Watergap. The area is known for it's many waterfalls. On our first day we went to the Bushkill Falls, this is the only waterfalls where you pay an entrance fee. It was worth paying the fee, this waterfall and hike was awesome. There are a lot of steps, going up and down. I felt like I got a work out. Here are some of my photos from the Bushkill Falls, I included a couple of Baltimore Oriole photos, showing the sky for more Skywatch entry.

My pretty sky and a couple of Baltimore Orioles sitting in the tree tops at Bushkill Falls.

Our view of the Bushkill Falls.

There were many Rhododendrons growing along the trails.

The boardwalk trail at Bushkill Falls.

More pretty Rhododendrons.

My thankful list for today:

I thank you for visiting and your comments.
I am thankful for my health, I able to go on these hikes.
I am thankful for my blogging friends like Linda of The Beauty Around Us, it was her blog post that I found out about this area and  these waterfalls.

I hope you enjoyed my post and photos.  Thanks so much for visiting and for your nice comments. Have a happy day!

Thank you Michelle for hosting. Thankful Thursday

Thank you to the hosts of   Skywatch Friday
