These are a couple of sunrise photos from Chincoteague Island. Hubby and I were two of just a few people on the beach watching the sunrise. I thought this sunrise was definitely worth us getting up early. I always enjoy watching the birds on the beach and was able to catch a few here there flying over the ocean while the sun was rising.

All three pictures are gorgeous. My favorite is the last sunrise picture. I like the how the sunlight is hitting the water, as well as the silhouette of the bushes in the foreground.

It cannot be denied that sunrise is the most beautiful scene to be seen.
Only the early one is able to enjoy it.
I'd get up early for a sky like that! I love the photo with the bird flying across the sky...it's so lined up with the sun. Brilliant capture!
