We had somewhat of a quiet Christmas morning, my son opened his presents early and I had some time to watch my backyard birds.. Christmas dinner and family gift exchange was at my sister's house. We had lots of yummy food and desserts and were happy to see baby Neill for his 1st Christmas..

Always such wonderful pictures! Loved the little finch, so close and sweet. And the sunset was a treat to see. We haven't seen many "bright spots" with all of the snow deciding to visit our place in the planet for the past several days!

Just the sort of Christmas I like, all good things and no responsibility. I too was lucky in that regard with our celebrations in the lower house with my daughter's family.
Great to watch your birds instead of basting one in the oven and such a lovely sky to bless you at the end of the day.
