Our World, My World

Happy Monday,

I am linking up with Lydia of Where the Wild Things Were and the Favorite Fotos linky. Thanks Lydia for hosting the party.

More from Iceland, this area from our Snaefellsnes Peninsula was seen in the movie Game of Thrones. Hubby and I loved all the waterfalls, glaciers and the mountain views in Iceland.

The famous Mount Kirkjufell

Kirkjufellsfoss or Kirkjufell Waterfalls

I'm watching you!

A pretty view

Lots of gulls on this beach area.

Mount Kirkjufell and the waterfalls.

I hope you enjoyed the post and photos.

Please check out and visit the following memes and links. I hope to see you there.

Beautiful images of Iceland, but, it's too cold for me. Lovely landscape Eileen.

Such a rugged landscape. It reminds me of the area around Scottsbluff, NE. Regardless the photos are really beautiful! Thank you, it's been a pleasure to visit here!

I have not visited Iceland, but read a few books from there. It is a peculiar small country with only 300 000 inhabitants!

I have heard that Iceland is greener than the name would imply and actually somewhat warmer than Greenland. I can see by the haunting beauty of the region why the location was perfect for the series.

Sure is a gorgeous view, I can't think of what scenes that's in offhand, do you know? Those sheep are incognito, lol. Double waterfalls, like a trip to the waterpark.

Such gorgeous scenes from Iceland. No trees, though, just wide open spaces punctuated by green mountains.

I admit that I think Iceland is a land of ice so am always surprised when I see photos saying otherwise. :-)
