Welcome to Saturday's Critters!

Link up your post and share your critters, join in with my critter party ! You can share any kind of critters the real ones, pretend ones, statues and paintings, a new or old post!
Wow, 300 Saturday Critter linky parties! Thanks to all who participate! I do love the critters! I am sharing the birds in my yard.
This time of year is a good time for bird watching right in my backyard. I am seeing various migrating warblers, local breeders Scarlet Tanagers, the Gray Catbird and my usual Cardinals and Nuthatches.
The following 4 photos are from Sept 9th. Sorry they are not the best photos, they were all taken from my dining room window.
I am still seeing at least 2-3 Ruby-throated Hummingbirds.
The Red-eyed Vireo has been hanging around the warblers eating the Devil's Walking Stick berries.
The Cape May Warbler like the berries too.
On Sept 10th, I watched the Scarlet Tanager, Gray Catbird, American Redstart and the Red-eyed Vireo all eating the berries.
The White-breasted Nuthatch is a regular visitor.
The Red-eyed Vireo likes the berries too.
I think this is the female American Redstart.
I appreciate and thank everyone who links up their post and for all the wonderful comments !
Here is a list of my linky parties;
Also visit: I'd-Rather-B-Birdin. Thanks to the gracious host: Anni.

Two Scarlet Tangers eating berries, I think one is a female and the other is a juvenile.

...a wonderful collection in a green world. Thanks for hosting.
Down here we have a thrush very busy finding worms in the lawn, too early for babies surely, we are just into spring? Love your many species and soft coloured feathers.
You get so many beautiful visitors! Lovely post!
Hello Eileen,
Nice series of photos and collages are that, from your bedroom window I still think the quality is pretty good.
Do you want to place my link, I still don't succeed.
Best regards, Irma
Beautiful photos of the wee birds, they're cute.
Have a fantastic day and a wnderful weekend. Thanks for hosting.
Great collection of pretty cute birds. Interesting and fun to watch them feeding. Thank you, Eileen for hosting. Happy weekend!
Your backyard is the heaven for the birds. In my garden I can only see some seagull, magpies and robins.
Delicadeza e beleza é o que nos mostras em tuas fotos! Adorei! beijos, tudo de bom, chica
my favorite bird today is the last one. they are so sweet eating those berries. yesterday I watched from my kitchen window as a squirrel sat under the seagrape tree eating sea grapes.. wild life from our window is always good. you have a lot of birds
Our migrants too are moving in large numbers too. Time to put your ID skills to the test, Eileen.

Seeing our small bird friends makes every day a bit better!
Such charming little feathered friends. Thank you for sharing!
Congrats for the 300th link party! A pleasure to link up.
Soon I will be back to Finland and I will see some feathered friends in my garden again...
Have a great weekend!
Such fun photos! Ours about to disappear. The cedar waxwings are still up in the canopy practising flying skills.
Thanks for hosting, and happy 300th!
Hello Eileen,
Your photos are so beautiful, and the last one are magic!
Happy Weekend!
I must be such a delight to see so many different birds around your home....love them all.
300!!! WOW! That is SO cool! I'm very happy to have been taking part for a long time. It's fun and I always learn something (like last week! lol) Love your pretty birds. The Nuthatch is so sweet!
Wow. You really have a nice variety to see right at your home. I think you got some fine pics.
As usual, beautiful photos of a great variety of lovely birds, Eileen! Congratulations on the blogoversary :-)
PS: Thank you for hosting!
Amazing Captures For Sure. Also, Loved Your Thankful Thursday Photos As Well. Such Good Stuff!!
Cheers
I like that Red-eyed vireo! Must be a very early riser, huh? ;-)
i thought the same thing eileen as i typed the number, wow, 300, this is so amazing. i know i missed 1, maybe 2 but that's all!!
question: does the red-eyed vireo have red eyes, it didn't look like it?? i have never seen one, also new to me is the american redstart, what a beautiful bird. my hummers and my catbirds are gone for the season, i will miss them. i only see the nuthatches occasionally!!
wonderful pictures today eileen, many thanks for hosting us birds lovers 300 times!!
Exceptional bird collages Eileen. I haven't seen a Vireo (of any kind) in quite some time. My favorite is the individual hummer, face-on.
Migration time is a very active time for birds and birders.
Great photos! Love the nuthatch, especially.
Have a great weekiend!
Lovely photo collage of the beautiful 'feathered friends' right in your own backyard!
Happy Day to You,

Beautiful birds! I don't have any hummers and haven't seen but one or two this season. I don't know why. I hung feeders for about two months and they just aren't here. 200 critter Saturdays! Congrats!
Lovely pictures! Happy weekend!
Beautiful as always, Eileen. Have a wonderful weekend!
Buena vista desde tu ventana para sacar estupendas fotos de esas aves. Los collages me gustan Eileen.
Te deseo un buen fin de semana.
Un abrazo.
Hi Eileen
I have put the wrong link in your blog. I should have opened the blog with the sparrow hawk but now I have the link with only my blog on it. Can you still change that ???
Greetings, Helma
I saw the first Hummingbird on Wednesday that I have seen all summer. It has been a strange bird year here.
Thanks Eileen
They're very pretty!
Very nice ! I love these 'little' birds !
NICE series of pictures of your yard birds.
Had my first Red-eyed Vireo this morning! Busy day so I'm really late for the party. Great birds through the windows. Hoping migration will also pick up here.
How nice to have those berry bushes to attract the birds! Great photos!
I have seen Cardinals in my Beautyberry bushes, but no photos yet.
I love what you're seeing out your window! Hummingbirds are still here too. They are spending more time at the feeder, making me think they're fueling up for their trip.
Thanks so much for joining us birders and sharing your blog post this weekend. Those of us at I'd Rather B Birdin' appreciate your photos and narrative!
I would love to see a scarlet tanger!
Wow !! Always nice to see your fantastic photo !!
Greetings
Thank you for your visits! I do enjoy you posts. And your photos are just beautiful! Wishing you well!
Your collection of birds is always interesting...with all those berry eaters, I would be in Heaven. The Hummingbirds are still here too, Eileen! I guess they know the weather forecast better than the Weathermen...LOL!!...:)jp
The birds love your berry patch! But The nuthatch is eating peanuts — some birds just have to be different! Thank you for hosting 300 critter parties...I always visit, even if I don’t have anything to share!
An outstanding gathering of birds, great photos! Enjoy your week Eileen, have a great one!
Enjoyed...have a great week
Lovely series on the cute little birds from your yard! Congrats on 300 posts of satudays critters
