Saturday's Critters #6
Hello, I hope everyone is warmed up now and the frigid weather is over..Thanks for joining in on the critter party..
I am sharing a couple of my regular yardbird visitors.. The Carolina Chickadee is a cutie.
Goldie Girl love to roll around in the snow, not sure if you can see it but she has snow all over her face.
The White_Breasted Nuthatch is another regular visitor..This bird is usually seen on the suet feeder but it also likes the sunflower seeds. Due to the weather the last couple of weekends, I have not really been anywhere except my yard.. I am hoping to see lots of cute critters posted on Saturday's Critters.

Hi Eileen, i don't seem to remember this meme before, anyway i think this is my first time to link for Saturday Critters. I know you're happy birding! And it looks really very very cold in your world now!
ReplyDeleteThe Chickadee looks very unimpressed with the weather. Goldie Girl has a good snow coat on and looks ready to play. Great shots.
ReplyDeleteHi there - nice pictures - glad the cold is less cold! When I get my act together I will join in with the link!
ReplyDeleteCheers - Stewart M - Melbourne
PS: the water in my picture is at a sewage works!
These are pretty critters, Eileen! Happy weekend :-)
ReplyDeleteGreat to know that it is warmer now.
ReplyDeleteGreat pics.
The chickadee is so cute. Lovely photo of Goldie Girl too
ReplyDeletebeautiful photos Eileen; hopefully weather will clear soon and you can photo-shoot other places again. I love that chickadee!
ReplyDeletePerfect photo of Sir Chickadee. Fun to say the word too. I wonder if spring is here in Michigan, it's raining!
ReplyDeleteGoldie is beautiful! Our German shepherd also loved to play in the snow and we had a lot of fun together when I was little. Enjoy your weekend, Eileen!
ReplyDeleteYou are so right Eileen! All linked up. Huckabee's are my favorite but I love your Goldie baby. :)
ReplyDeleteGoldie girl is beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteYou've posted two pretty birds this week. I have the White-breasted Nuthatch, but instead of the Carolina Chickadee I have the Black-capped Chickadee. And sadly, Goldie Girl lives at your place nt at mine.
ReplyDeleteI have no critters to share today. I do see a bunny as I write this, though, in our back yard under bushes that separate our neighbor's yard from our yard. The bunny is a silhouette against the snow. It is a dreary, rainy day .. too dimly lit for a picture. I like the photographs of your back yard birds that you captured. We have bird seed out but haven't seen many birds. Bob thinks there may be a hawk and/or a cat around that is keeping the birds away.
ReplyDeleteI have the black capped chickadee here but sadly no nuthatch visitors though I have seed and suet and they'd be very welcome! :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos for today, Eileen!
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend!!
i love you Goldie
ReplyDeleteCute little guy & Goldie Girl is adorable as always..good thing she has all that fur to stay warm if she likes to play in the snow!
ReplyDeleteHello!

Goldie captured my heart. It is wonderful.
Greetings from far away Polish.

ReplyDeleteThat chickadee looks like a little cotton ball! We don't get nuthatches and I'm not sure why. I wish they'd visit the feeders. Nice shots!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the reminder to join in your linky event, Eileen! I always means to do it, and then forget.
ReplyDeleteI love your Goldie Girl --she is a beautiful dog and I'm sure she's a wonderful companion!

ReplyDeleteHi Eileen, first time playing Saturday's Critters :) For me it's always refreshing to see or hear chickadees, they're full of energy in the worst weather!
ReplyDeleteAw, the little Chickadee is adorable but looks cold. And Goldie Girl is always a sweetie.

With you is so much snow and our snow just will not fall. The trees are just blooming again and grebes have been making a nest!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful picture of the blackcap chickadee Eileen. Beautiful to behold.
Your dog's photo warmed my heart. Our one and only beloved dog, gone for many years now, was named Goldie. She was the best dog in the world. And boy, did she love the snow!!!
