Cordorus Reservoir Pennsylvania

Hello,

Hubby and I decided to visit Cordorus Reservoir, after visiting our son who lives nearby.  We are still watching Nibbles, our son's cruise ship returns to Florida Tomorrow. Please say a prayer for all in Florida and the path of Hurricane Matthew!

We noticed the water level was way down. The mud flats at the reservoir are a great place to see birds like the herons, egrets and migrating shorebirds. Birds seen at the reservoir, the Killdeer, Great Blue heron, Green Heron, Great Egret, Mallards and Wood Ducks.

We pass this farm on the way to the Cordorus Reservoir. A nice fence scene for Tex's Good Fences meme.

Walk this way, a Great Blue Heron

A view of the mud flats and Cordorus reservoir in Hanover Pennsylvania.

Another farm on the way home. Lots of fences below.

The same evening this was our sunset from the deck.

The colors changed to a more pinkish colored sunset.

I hope you enjoyed  my birds and scenery from Cordorus, it is also a State Park in Hanover Pennsylvia. Thank you for your visit and comments on my post. Enjoy your day and the weekend ahead!

Here is a list of linky parties for part of the week, I hope to see you there.

Thanks to Theresa @ The Run*A*Round Ranch for hosting Good Fences.
Thank you to Sylvia, Yogi and Sandy for hosting Skywatch Friday.
Thanks to Tom the host of The Barn Collective
Thanks to Nick the host of saturday-silhouettes
