For my Green Day and Camera Critters and I'd-Rather-B-Birdin
I am taking a walk around my yard and sharing some flowering plants and a few birds and critters.
A bluejay molting.
A cute chipmunk enjoying my birdseed.
One of my regular yardbirds is the White-Breasted Nuthatch.
The birds are not the only ones that like this feeder. My last post showed a Grosbeak inside feeder chowing down on the birdseed.
These impatiens have been blooming since last spring. They do look pretty next to our driveway.

Wonderful pictures .... so pretty little animals.
ReplyDeleteLove greetings, Karin
Lots going on in your yard! The chipmunk is so cute. Pretty impatiens. Mine didn't do well after a great start. My gardener said there is something going on with impatiens here and he can't plant them next year, some kind of disease or something. I think the New Guinea impatiens are ok to plant though.
ReplyDeleteGreat photos. I like photos of nature-especially birds. So hard for me to catch.
ReplyDeleteLovely views and bird shots. Esp love the squirrel in compromising position. Too funny. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteThose tree rats are hilarious, aren't they! Always getting into everything... =)
ReplyDeleteThat feeder is really something!! Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
ReplyDeleteThe squirrel could drop into the basket.

ReplyDeleteWonderful photos. I have noticed the birds here are beginning their molting process too. They look a bit odd while going through that, but still beautiful.
