Precious bird.
Che dolce foto !
Beautiful bird.
I love the red-breasted, but since a neighbor did some logging, they have been rare in the yard. Your photos of the eagles are remarkable, as is their recovery. 10-15 years ago just seeing an eagle was an event. Now look at them!
beautiful blog you have
I love al these bird pictures
beautiful, up and personal shots.
Great shots. I wish I could take great shots, but alas I am a terrible photographer.
Have a terrific Wordless Wednesday.

These are wonderful pictures of the Nuthatch. I especially like the second picture with the seed in his beak.
You always get the great shots Eileen! I enjoy the nuthatches too! or the up-sidedown birds, as my grandma used to call them. we get this ones bigger cousin more often than the red breasted. and lots of woodpeckers. You were a lucky winning Wizard last Wednesday over at my place last week! come over & see the clue in it's entirety & take a guess at next weeks & don't forget to grab your Wizard badge ;) ~hugs, Faythe

he is so cute.
One of my most favourite birds!
Lovely.
Eileen since I've moved to the woodlands I too have enjoyed getting to know different species of feathered friends. In looking at your recent post you have identified the tufted titmouse for me!!I have been wondering as I see them visit regularly waht they are..yes I do have plenty of peanuts for them!
Did you view my previous post where I show and tell about several of my woodlands visitors..feathered and fur!
Thats pretty!! I'm not much of a bird person, but great photography!
