Special thanks to all the wonderful host and their memes, I hope you have some time to check them out.
Hello, I am again sharing another one of our walks. This time hubby and I were walking the trail that follows along the Susquehanna River. The trail has great views of the river and is usually a great place to see the birds. The Bald Eagles are known to nest along this river and there is also a Great Blue Heronry.
Above first row is a Song Sparrow, unknown flycatcher, Tree Swallows. Middle row is a Double Crested Cormorant, Great Blue Heron, Gulls. Bottom row another Great Blue Heron, Osprey on the wire and a juvenile Bald Eagle.
A view of the Susquehanna River, way in the distance is the bridge that carries Highway I-95 across the river. For my NF Tree entry the river is lined with a hardwood forest.
A view below the Conowingo Dam, the hang out with a group of DC Cormorants and one Great Blue Heron.
Some scenes from along the Susquehanna River trail, lots of trees one tree with many carved initials, some wildflowers, the river and a Red-spotted Purple butterfly.
I thought this flower was delicate and pretty, a tiny flower with spider webs. I hope enjoyed this walk with me and my hubby. We enjoyed having you along. Thanks for visiting and for the nice comments. Have a happy new week ahead!

Have a great week, Eileen!
A big kiss to you...

What a beautiful walk! Your photos and collages are stunning. You are an inspiration Eileen, you are truly living life to it's fullest, and not only that, you take time out to stop to admire the little birds and smell the roses (or whatever flowers you come across!) along the way. And! Wait there's more.... you always have time to stop by at all of our blogs to say hello! Something I sadly have not done as much of as I would like, thank you for being such a generous part of my blogging life!
