Saturday's Critters #254

Welcome to Saturday's Critters !

If you love all God's creatures like I do and also like to blog about them and take critter photos this is where you can share your critter post. Link up your post and share your critters, join in with my critter party ! You can share any kind of critters the real ones, pretend ones, statues and paintings, a new or old post!

I am sharing some of my feeder birds, The Tufted Titmouse, White Breasted Nuthatch and a Carolina Chickadee.  I can watch the birds coming and going from the feeder right outside my dining room window.

The Carolina Wrens are a common sight in my yard. Usually I can hear them before I see them, they are loud.

The Carolina Chickadee is another common bird seen in my yard year round.

The White-breasted Nuthatch is another bird seen daily, they like the sunflower seeds.

The Tufted Titmouse is a regular visitor to the feeders.

I appreciate and thank everyone who links up their post and for all the wonderful comments !

Here is a list of my linky parties;
Also visit:  I'd-Rather-B-BirdinThanks to the gracious host: Anni.

Happy Saturday, enjoy your weekend!

The birds nesting in my bougainvillea bush are loud too. I can hear them clearly but most of the time I can't see them. I would love to see them and have them pose for my camera but usually they will fly off before I could take their pictures. Have a beautiful weekend!

The Nuthatch and Titmouse, hanging on so carefully with tiny feet, beautiful birds and great pics.

Other than for the Tufted Titmouse could be my own backyard - even the feeders are the same!

I love Wrens! They are small and brisk. Lovely! I like their voice too, although I still mix it with Robins' voices... in the Italian countryside in winter they often live together in the same spaces.
All cute birds.
I am linking up an old post, today. Thanks for hosting.
Have a birdy weekend!

Except for the Carolina Wren, which is a fairly common permanent resident, we do not see the other three birds which are so popular at feeders even down to the northern part of Florida (the nuthatch is more abundant in the Panhandle than on the peninsula). Now that we have sold our second home in Illinois we will have to get used to not having them around.

Yes, the wrens are very loud. It's hard to not be aware that they are around. But they're so cute! I saw a nuthatch the other day and couldn't remember what it was. Thanks for the refresher. Nice pictures. Enjoy your weekend.

Love the wren, Eileen! I've had an exciting bird day for me - saw a Pileated Woodpecker and managed a pic. I haven't seen one for many years!

Great photos of a nice variety of birds. The nuthatches always remind me of tiny vampires because of the way they walk headfirst down trees!

Hello Eileen! Your post makes me miss having my feeders up to welcome those fun winged-visitors. I'm still on the fence about putting mine up because of our outdoor kitty. I'd be crushed if he hurt any of them..... I'll need to decide soon.

Cute little birds. I love to see them at the feeders and in the bird bath :-) Have a wonderful Sunday ♥

As the weather has continued to be colder the little birds have been flying in in droves.
We too have had the titmouse, chkckaee and nuthatch . . ,
No wrens though, I don’t think. I will have to listen!
