I believe these are the Great Spangled Fritillary butterflies, they like our purple bee balm.

  11. I have never seen the spangled butterflies,they are AMAZING! we did not get our Friteraries this year, lack of flowers they like due to drought, we think

  12. these are all very special captures today, the butterflies especially. i don't have any bee palm, i will look for that to put in the butterfly garden!!

    love the mrs. sitting on her nest, what a wonderful and very special image!!

    i am not seeing humming birds anymore, i only saw them early in the season!!
