Hello,  time for sharing some Skywatch photos for Skywatch Friday and some fence scenes for Tex's Good Fences memes. Some are recent photos and  I am sharing some more snowy scenes from our yard. I hope you enjoy.

  8. gorgeous sunset shots ... so so lovely. we had a ball of a night with our sunset last night. i had to grab a few instagram shots ... so amazing. it was cool. the fog was wild but yet there was a sunset too. it was a awesome times.

    i will be joining in your critter party this weekend. so fun. i love that when i have a critter to share.

    The sunset pictures are very well timed and evoke mysticism of some sort.
    The layers of snow around your house is quite daunting.I hope warm days are round the corner.

  21. You still have quite a lot of snow, Eileen. I can understand that you are wishing for sunny and warm days, and I hope you get them soon. I love your Pine Siskin photo - since I put my feeders down due to the salmonella outbreak among the birds I haven't seen any. The four weeks are almost over and they should have moved on, so I can hang the feeders up again. I miss my birds.

  31. Snow everywhere! While it is so beautiful and I would love to have about a week of playing in the stuff...I truly am thankful that here in East Texas we don't have huge amounts of snow fall. It does make for some outstanding photos..

  48. Lovely photos ! Our snow is melting more and more each day as the sun has shone stronger every day so far and the temps have risen . I am so happy our Robins are back to and grass is showing everywhere now even the Grackles and Starlings have returned spring is finally here ! Thanks for sharing , Have a good day !

  55. Wow, so much snow! Usually you've got the spring much earlier than here, but right now there's no snow around my house.

    The Pine Siskin looks like our sparrow - I'm sure he stays close to your garden and feeder - knowing he is loved and cared for!

  77. Hi Eileen, Wow! You really got some snow! I like your picture of the Pine Siskin. I wish we had a lot of those cuties here. By the way, I bought a suet bird feeder today and hubby will hand it soon. Hopefully our woodpeckers will enjoy the no-melt type suet. Have a wonderful weekend!

  83. You still have a lot of snow on the ground. A few days ago the ice and snow began to melt here in the Chicagoland area. One pond will be icy another open water. How strange is that? I love your bird photo and the skywatch post is excellent. See you next week.
